This could be caused by a graphics card with automatic-graphics switching (such as an Nvidia card). Open the Nvidia Control Panel in the Windows Control Panel. Click Manage 3D Settings. Click on Program Settings under I would like to use the following 3D settings.

Amazing how many "chats" pop up on presenter's monitors too. One of the reasons I tend to share my second monitor and not my primary monitor.

That and also reflections in eye glasses. Usually too blurry to read anything, but trivial to tell if audience members are paying attention or "working on the side".

Opsec is not easy.
