    <description>&lt;P&gt;Curious, how does this money help Americans? It is going to H1-B holders isn't it,&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; I don't believe&amp;nbsp; they are citizens. So they take US citizen taxpayer money and fund foreign worker education with it. Why don't they take that money and fund American citizens with that&amp;nbsp; training instead. How does that help US citizens ? I am glad you posted this as it shows just&amp;nbsp; how screwed up our government is when they tax it's citizens to pay for their replacement by foreigners in cyber security jobs.&amp;nbsp; It make you wonder is the government really serving it's citizens or trying to unemploy them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On September 24, the U.S. Department of Labor announced&amp;nbsp; the availability of $150 million in the H-1B One Workforce Grant Program to invest in training for middle- to high-skilled H-1B occupations within key sectors in the U.S. economy, including information technology and cyber security, advanced manufacturing and transportation, to upskill the present workforce and train a new generation of workers to grow the future workforce.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Through local public/private partnerships, grantees will deploy training to provide individuals in their communities with skills necessary to advance career pathways to employment in middle- to high-skilled H-1B occupations within key industry sectors.
