This article provides laudable and important sentiments.

And the authors are dangerously over-opitimistic. I've been waiting 40 years (since before the Internet was called the Internet) for people to wake up, and it hasn't happened yet.

I never would have expected to hear someone from western Ontario preach to us on the "sins of digital media monopolists". How true it is. Can we reset the Internet? Doubtful. Everyone wants attention.
