Forget the Tabletop, we have an actual BCP Exercise

I wrote an article on how to use the COVID-19 event as a BCP/COOP/DR exercise. I think it would be helpful to some and it is a little long to post into a post here. It discusses how to use what you or your agency discovers during this COVID-19 event to help improve your agency's BCP/COOP/DR plans.

Good article. A great starting point.

I might add that, particularly for small businesses, it also points out the importance of (personnel) succession planning, supply chain management and the crucial nature of budgetting for disasters. (As well as the almost-never-contemplated issue of sudden market changes.)
