    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.isc2.org/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/887781263"&gt;@AppDefects&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Well lets hope there is an ethical element, because as sure as "eggs", there will be a host of international countries with less than ethical missions certainly contemplating or testing others critical infrastructure for real this year and onwards.&amp;nbsp; I certainly like the openness of competitions rather than the surprise and shock factor, when suddenly the power goes off or the lifts failure in the latest Smart Building or something happens to the latest cool technologically advance automobile.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Could such attack be perceived as an act of war?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Caute_cautim&lt;/P&gt;</description>
