We are looking to outsource monitoring and my CIO brought in eSentire as a leading contender.

I have not heard of them, have any of you had experience with this company?

The company is not on the Gartner’s security service vendor review list, fwiw.

@gstockertIndeed never heard of them, as @CISOScott states, if they don't exist within Gartner, or Forrester, they could be a niche organisation. Best do some due diligence and check out their credentials.
