    <description>&lt;P&gt;But I sure like &lt;A href="https://www.npr.org/2019/09/06/758399814/town-avoids-paying-massive-5-million-ransom-in-cyberattack" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; approach.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I published here and followed closely the Baltimore City fiasco.&amp;nbsp; I believe that there is much to gain by having a process to working with the hackers verses drawing a line in the sand and taking it on the chin and being stubborn.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There way too many ethical hackers, forensics experts, crime experts and intelligent people to not use those resources to the fullest in managing a Ransomware attack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
