Somebody at Def Con demonstrated how to hack a smart TV with a
DJI drone. Of course, the DJI drones are reporting (encrypted) traffic back to
China.

Interesting project this guy has.

He's using the cameras on his Tesla, and some publicly available code, and a small computer (anybody want to try and put it into a Raspberry Pi?) to identify license plates and even faces of cars (and people) his car "sees" repeatedly.

So far what he has done is fairly limited. But that's because he limited it. It could be made much more invasive. It could be put into any car with a camera. (And, these days, that's pretty much any new car.)

And then the info from all the cars could be aggregated ...

I could potentially do something similar to my Ford Escape and its back camera lol
We can play with and modify many things.
Just got a DJI Spark Drone which I am sure can be "jail broken". Then I could modify no fly zones, max altitude, add tracking or recognition.
