    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Interesting piece from UK and Neuroscientists:&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://www.theregister.co.uk/2019/08/07/brain_hacking_bsides/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.theregister.co.uk/2019/08/07/brain_hacking_bsides/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apparently far easier, than one thinks. now think embedded implants, IoT, connectivity, 5G and keeping humans ethical without external influences?&amp;nbsp; If you attached this capability to an AI, or the other direction you could go is who need simulating drugs or pain killers - or potentially work someone to death scenario.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How would you know they would be under the influence or affected?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Caute_cautim&lt;/P&gt;</description>
