      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have pretty mixed reaction after reading the article.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For instance, one of the examples &lt;SPAN&gt;"Sorry, can we like determine who's vegan here?" is supposedly used to imply that fairness is associated with the lifestyle choices.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It could be argued, that this leads to preferential treatment rather than fairness.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If I am a vegan who is committed to eat only from gold-plated dishes with antique silverware, it does not necessarily&amp;nbsp;mean that I deserve special considerations.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There are a lot of dog friendly offices in a tech sector that are filled with people is working hard on automation and AI that is definitely contributing to the removal of choices for those who have previously had them.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This seem to indicate that technologists, even trained in the ethics are pretty selective in its application.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Not to mention that it is unfair to the cats.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
