When one steps back and thinks on it, he is actually not far off base on his comments.

I find one of the issues with social media is that there is a perceived anonymity and the examples he sights, only prove that Facebook leads the way.

The anonymity is the uttermost contributor for the degradation of civility on any social media, and internet in general. People exhibit all sorts of deranged behavior hiding behind anonymity.

I can see tons PhD thesis written on this social behavior, but not sure how to remedy it ...
