    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2019/03/japanese-police-charge-13-year-old-girl-for-infinite-javascript-popup-prank/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Japanese police have questioned and charged a 13-year-old&lt;/A&gt; female student for distributing malicious code online after she linked to the code on an online message board.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You notice she didn't write it.&amp;nbsp; She linked to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was written by somebody else.&amp;nbsp; In 2014.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The code?&amp;nbsp; It's an infinite loop that pops up an alert message every time you click OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OK?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not going to link to it, in case I get arrested ...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
