Microsoft's Edge browser has a secret whitelist for Flash apps that allows Facebook, and some other sites, to run Flash apps without normal security checks.

Since Flash is possibly responsible for global warming all by itself, this isn't great purely on the face of it. But what else does it allow Facebook, Microsoft, Yahoo, and others, to do? (Oh, wait. Microsoft seems to have trimmed the list down. To Facebook. I feel so much better? ...)
