Do you have a security camera, door access control, lighting control, or alarm system made by Ring? (Or, possibly, by Amazon?)

Somebody may be watching you ... Somebody may still be watching every video ever recorded by a Ring product.

Oh, and that business about needing the video in order to train AI? Never do development with real user data.

This warning may be a little late, for many - ask China, and the USA about the affects.

More likely the privacy lawyers will be sitting waiting to issue the lawsuits and penalties with glee.

Wait a minute! Do you mean we shouldn't have real user data in our Test, Development AND Production environments????

Yes I have actually seen this. Yes I flagged it as a huge liability. Yes the company had to buy a $100K solution to fix their mistake. Yes, I am no longer at that company.....
