However, taking control of consumer data will have a learning curve even after laws such as GDPR and CCPA begin to enable&nbsp;it. And monetizing it is on the way with web browsers such as Brave, and BAT cryptocurrency solutions for monetization. I hope adoption can occur in 2019, but 2020 or 21 seems more feasible.
