    <description>&lt;P&gt;For clarity, adding support for REST does not mean dropping support for SOAP. Instead, the two architectural styles will co-exist side by side which means that all the current SOAP services will be supported also after the REST support has been implemented. In addition, the current X-Road Message Protocol for SOAP will remain unchanged – no changes are required to SOAP service consumers and service providers when REST support will be added.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
