So, should we be using it in schools? This opinion piece from the ACLU says an emphatic "no." (Vendors seem to be pushing it, knowing that use in education is a great entry to the overall market.)

Given the privacy issues, inaccuracy, and racial differences in accuracy, it's hard to argue the point.
