    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some really good links, however, in general I simply do not have time to drawl through links, so I tend to get Google to do the trawling for me.&amp;nbsp; I set up categories of alerts within Google, and several times a day I receive e-mail's consolidated with links - which helps me get on with normal work-life and balance.&amp;nbsp; I also use a security intelligence link which is absolutely free, to also provide me notifications on new updates on particular areas that are of current interest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="di3YZe"&gt;&lt;DIV class="co8aDb"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Google Alerts come in handy in a variety of situations, and they're easy to set:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="RqBzHd"&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to google.com/alerts in your browser.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Enter a search term for the topic you want to track. ...&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Choose Show Options to narrow the alert to a specific source, language, and/or region. ...&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select Create Alert.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sure others will have other suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Caute_cautim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
