Keeping up with all the blogs, postings, and information

With so many blogs, tweets, LinkedIN postings, websites, how does one keep up with it all?

There is no ideal, consolidated location, knowledge base to keep up with security information.

It's extremely difficult to keep up to date; I'm seeing an increase in consolidation services and find value there (in other words, let other people do the hard work ;). For me, podcasts are the best way for me to get current since I can listen while commuting. So far, there are two that have the right level of detail and pertinent information:

ISC StormCast

CyberWire

I just started listening to CyberTangent (look it up in a podcast app; I didn't find the website in a short search) but the jury's still out for that one.

These are all US centric podcasts and most of the feeds I read are US centric as well. Can someone suggest more international content? (Also content in German would be great!)
