      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree with you on this. Too many companies shoot for the moon when they are looking for candidates and want the candidate to know everything under the sun but they are not always willing to help educate their employees on an ongoing basis like they did in the past. My first job was great I had an employeer that was willing to send me to training at least twice a year and because they did this I was loyal to them up till the point when the CFO passed away and the new CFO took away most of the perks that the company had to offer. I think it is a mindset that has been developed by too many organizations today that they are going to squeeze the penny until it hurts and then squeeze some more.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
