      <title>Member Support Is Horrible &amp; Completely Unresponsive</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to renew my CISSP for over a year, and have sent several emails to EMEA Support, and the US-Based support. I've tried calling, with no avail either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To date I yet to receive any feedback on my CISSP renewal, which has lapsed in the meantime. Yet I quickly receive notice that my CISSP has expired, and a "Customer Service Survey" - which I've completed several times with the same feedback.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've only recently discovered this forum, but who do I have to contact to renew?! This is infuriating and making me believe that ISC2 doesn't care, and that the CISSP isn't worhwhile. Perhaps ISACA support will be better.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
