passed exam, endorsed, still no badge/qualification showing

Morning,

So I passed my SSCP back in November.

I then received my successful endorsement on the 16/12 which stated it will show on my account with 24 hours.

It has been nearly a month and STILL nothing is showing.

I have emailed member support, i have emailed emea support, i have filled out the online form.

I was told to 'clear my cache' which clearly wasn't the problem.

It isn't showing for me to claim my badge

It isn't showing any fee to pay

I already have the CC qualification and that went through very smoothly.

I just don't know where to turn as nobody is getting back to me?! very disappointed.

Please help

If you're already engaged with ISC2's Member Services, what is their response when you tell them that what they've advised hasn't worked and you need further assistance?

You'll need to call member support; they'll be able to manually accept your maintenance fee and apply them to your account for the SSCP credential.
