Endorsement Application submission error

Hello

I have been unable to submit my endorsement application since I got confirmation of CC exam.

I keep getting the error:
You must resolve the following error before you can continue:
* You must have passed the certification exam within the last 9 months. Contact ISC2 member services at membersupport@isc2.org for additional information

I am unsure what to do in this situation, so I am reaching out to you for guidance. Could you please provide me with some information on what steps I should take to resolve this issue?

I verified the emails, and they are the same, after around one hour of trying. It fixed itself. No idea what happened.
