Awaiting official CCSP result after passing the exam months ago

Dear ISC2 team,

I passed my CCSP exam on 31Oct 2022 and still I am awaiting my official result and certification.

I have been following up with the support team and exam administrator team from a long time but did not get the resolution of my issue.

Can anyone suggest any escalation route or guide me to get the issue addressed

Is the delay with Pearson VUE or with ISC2?

If you're already engaged with the support teams from both organisations, there's not much else anyone can do for you - keep persevering, hope it comes through soon!

Hi,

Pearson VUE is telling that they had already sent the result to ISC2.

I have been following up with ISC2 support team and Exam admin team from last one month but no resolution.
