      <title>Dashboard error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I recently passed CC certification. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;The next step is pay AMF through "member dashboard"&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;but when I go to member dashboard I get the following error message:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="89a28befe6fbdf6855bfe0879d80ce14.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.isc2.org/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/6705i483D8C24CE4B616A/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="89a28befe6fbdf6855bfe0879d80ce14.png" alt="89a28befe6fbdf6855bfe0879d80ce14.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I already sent emails to&amp;nbsp;membersupport@isc2.org&amp;nbsp;but I have no response.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to solve it. Thanks to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.isc2.org/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1086253963"&gt;@AndreaMoore&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you pass the exam a few days later an email is sent to your inbox. In this mail you have to click on &lt;STRONG&gt;"online application"&lt;/STRONG&gt; the text is in bold so I didn't realize it was a link. After that I have to wait for "Endorsement review".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
