topic Dashboard Access issue !! in Member Support

Cannot access dashboard

I successfully completed the endorsement process yesterday, and the post now reads "Congratulations! Your application has been approved. Check your dashboard (https://www.isc2.org/dashboard) for next steps."

However, When I try I get the following error message and URL - "https://www.isc2.org/error?aspxerrorpath=/Dashboard"

"Error Message

An exception has occurred

Undefined error code"

Please can someone assist? Thank you.

I can now get into the dashboard but I can't pay my AMF, it takes my details then just goes back to saying 'pay' with no progress. Please can someone help? I've had problems at every hurdle with this process.

Hi thanks, I have seen this. However this has been going on for at least 3 days, is there an ETA when it will be fixed? Or is there an alternative method to complete the AMF process. Thanks

I am also experiencing the same error, when I try to go to the Dashboard.

My ISC2 review in still under process though.

I think you can get to the Dashboard differently,

1. Go to My Profile by clicking on your name (top right)

2. Click on Dashboard

I am seeing error page with ISC2 when I try logging in to my.isc2.org website. Can some one please help?

I have successfully completed the endorsement process after clearing my CC exam 2 days before, and the Endorsement thread now reads

"Congratulations! Your application has been approved. Check your dashboard (https://www.isc2.org/dashboard) for the next steps."

"Error Message

An exception has occurred

Undefined error code"

The hyperlink shows some Reset Password links. I don't know why?

Please can someone assist? Thank you.

Hello,

There appears to still be issues with the member dashboard. When loading the page, the content does not render correctly, causing the entire dashboard to be covered by other page elements.

Have tested in Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox on multiple systems, including mobile.

Please help.
