CISSP CPE requirements - Group B

Hello,

I would like to know if the CPE credits can be more than 10 (out of 40 yearly) in Group B section. I understand isc 2 suggested is 10 for group B or A and 30 for Group A but what if we get more than 15-20 in group B? is that acceptable?

Ignore the "suggested annual" column in the table on page 6 of the CPE handbook, it just confuses people.

The "3-year total" column defines the requirement, so it's a maximum of 30 Group B CPEs per 3-year cycle for the CISSP.

If this is true, why won't the system allow you to submit more than 10 group B cpes for one year?

You'll need to provide some more details to the Member Services team (contact details can be found at the bottom of the site) - I was just able to submit a test for 11 Group B CPEs with no problems at all:
