I am trying to access the November/December 2022 Quiz but been presented by the following "Not authorized" Error message.

I am getting the same error for all the previous quizes as well.

Any idea why this is happening?

I see that you recently passed your exam and received the "Congratulations" email. It looks like you'll need to wait until December 1st so that your CPE credits will count toward your cycle and you should have access at that time.

Per the email it says:

Continue your professional education: Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is required to maintain your certification. These CPE activities must be completed during your certification cycle which starts on the first day of the month after you receive this welcome email. For example, if you receive this welcome email on April 15^th, your certification cycle start date will be May 1^st.

You may not claim CPE credits for activities that occurred prior to your certification cycle start date.

Continue your professional growth. As an (ISC)² member, you have access to a growing array of enriching CPE opportunities from the Professional Development Institute. Please allow 10 business days for course access to be granted.
