I would like to change my name on my dashboard and certificate with no luck. I sent few emails with my request, T rang few times. Can you advise how long does it take the support to come back and make the changes?

To request a name update, you must send an email to membersupport@isc2.org

You must include a copy of your government ID and/or name change document.

You must specify how you wish your name to display:

First Name:

Middle Name:
Last (Surname) Name:

You may send the documents via encrypted email, however, please remember to include the key to we can access the encrypted file.
