No letter received from ISC2

Regarding my sheet I received after my passed CISSP exam, I should get a letter after 5 business days.

I passed provisionally at 22. November but since then, I didn't received a letter.

I also checked my E-Mail and didn't receive anything, also not in spam.

Is it realy an email? If yes, who is the sender than I can search better in spam folder.

I also contacted the support 4 business days ago, but also no answer so far.

TITLE/SUBJECT should be: (ISC)² CISSP EXAMINATION RESULTS
SENDER should be: membersupport@isc2.org
I received my results email about 24 hours after I "provisionally passed" my exam. You should log into your (ISC)2 Profile and verify that your contact information for Primary is correct. It should speed things along with correct contact information.
