      <description>&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Notice: We are experiencing issues with the (ISC)² member dashboard, including AMF payments and the CPE portal. Our phone system in North America is also experiencing disruptions. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be back up soon. If you have already submitted a query to Member Support, we will respond via email when an update is available.&lt;/P&gt;
