Unable to add CPEs - Domain

I am currently unable to submit my CPEs, please help resolve this, to enable me submit the CPE request.
 
the error reads "CPEs cannot be added outside of certification term"

The same is here, there are many complains from 2019, it seems no one cares!

Still I can't add my CPEs, is there any ETA? the CPE portal doesn't show "Current CPE Totals" too; it's empty.

What is going on CPE portal?

Trying to add new CPEs following error message appears on step 3 "Domain":

"CPEs cannot be added outside of certification term"

Send support request but no reaction for several days now!

Is there anybody working on this problem?
