Account Not Fully Provisioned Error - Passed Pilot Exam

When I load the page for the Endorsement application, I get an error that says my account is not fully provisioned. Member Support has advised me to clear my cache, log out and log back in, but that has not worked. I passed the Pilot Exam and would like to complete the next steps in the process. Please advise.

I am having the same issue, which is very frustrating considering that I waited four months to receive my results. Hoping for a speedy resolution...

I seem to be having the same issue. I have seen several complaints in the community yet no response to any so far was your issue resolved and if yes how was it done?
