1) On the page listing the Board of Directors, David Melnick is listed as Treasurer, but in the writeup for Arthur Friedman, it states that he is the Treasurer. Which is correct?

2) Who are the current members of the Audit Committee?

3) Who are the current members of the Business Practices Committee?

4) Who are the current members of the Professional Conduct (Ethics) Committee?

5) Who were the members of the Board of Directors Nomination Committee, and what was the criteria used to determine which of the 85 candidates was qualified or not? From the FAQ - "Following the close of nominations, the Nomination Committee will review all qualified candidates against various criteria. "
