ISC2 Ethics Committee is not duly constituted

According to the By-Laws,

"Professional Conduct (Ethics) Committee -this committee is composed of one
Director and at least two other Members who are not Directors."

Currently the Ethics Committee (as shown on https://www.isc2.org/Ethics) has 8 members, 5 of which are members of the Board of Directors. Since the By-Laws are specific that only 1 Director is to be on the Committee, the current makeup is in violation of the ISC2 By-Laws.

I expect the Board of Directors to take appropriate action by removing 4 of the Directors from that Committee.
