Does MCSE Cloud platform & infrastructure qualify as 1 year exempt

Hi,

I am looking to apply for endorsement for my CISSP and wanted to know if MCSE Cloud platform & infrastructure will qualify as 1 year exemption from 5 year experience requirement. The certificate is still valid (as it doesnt expire). I see conflicting information on ISC2, as one of the links list MCSE as valid certificate for 1 year exemption and other one doesnt have MCSE in list. please confirm

Prerequisite Pathway for CISSP (isc2.org)( this one lists MCSE as valid cert for 1 year exemption)

CISSP Experience Requirements (isc2.org)(this list has no MCSE listed under certificates that are valid for 1 year experience requirement)
