CISSP Official Result still Pending

Hi All,

I passed the CISSP examination on 31st January 2022. The letter provided to me by Pearson|VUE indicated I would receive official confirmation of my result from (ISC)2 within 2-5 business days. It has now been almost 2 weeks, and I am yet to receive any communication.

I wrote an email to membersupport@isc2.org and examadministration@isc2.org , in order to sort out this problem, unfortunately I still have not heard back from them. I don't really want to call them since I am not in the UK or US and the call would really be expensive for me.

My ISC2 ID is 892090, if anyone can help me it would be great, since my employer is waiting for me to show the result!!
