Certification AMF showing incorrectly as "Past Due"

Pretty much the title says it all. Posting this here to raise awareness and hopefully ISC2 will finally do something about it as well as help any other member that's facing the same issue.

Paid my Certification AMF on October 31, 2021

Professional Membership - Annual

Fee November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2022 USD 125.00

Yet 2 months later my AMF shows its PAST due

Contacted supported,they told me it's a website bug and they will fix it

It's already one month and the issue persists,nothing is fixed

As they claim on the website "Payment must be received by January 30, 2022 to avoid any disruption of your certification and member benefits" so as you can guess i am very intrigued to see if their automated system will flag me as a non-payer and cancel my certificate.That's gonna be fun.
