I was able to review your account, and noticed that one of our Advisors has been assisting you with this issue. Currently our IT was able to review and resolve the issue. Will you please clear the cache on your browser? Then will you please access your account to confirm that you can see your most recent AMF payment reflected on their dashboard? If all is well, please respond directly to the Advisor who is assisting you with this matter.

I paid for my AMF on Nov 1 2021. However the member Dashboard is reflecting that my AMF is past due. Is there anyone out there with the same issues? I find the portal very buggy and this is very disturbing for certification holders.
