unable to pay my membership fees using Visa credit cards

Hi, please advise me how to get through online visa credit card payment. I got Declined messages today from two different bank credit cards. I called the banks and was told the (ISC)2 might be on the block list by visa company (?)

I used the same credit cards for my previous years' ISC2 payments, no problem at all.

I got same problem with standard instructions to clear cache and use credit cards issued by another bank?

Is your problem fixed?

My problem is not fixed. I even got a new card and still got declined. Opened a ticket too so I'm out of options on how to pay these fees
