CISSP Welcome Kit

Hello Member Support,

I got my digital certificate in June 2021. I have sent an email to membersupport@isc2.org three weeks ago regarding the Welcome Kit, but so far I haven't received any answer. After calling twice to the member support number (1.866.331.4722) I have received different versions about how to proceed.

Could someone help, please?

When I first became a member I had the same issue but they were able to resolve it eventually.

I just noticed that I misread your post. If it was June 2021 it takes them more than a few months to get it to you. So maybe wait a bit longer. My brain saw June 2020. LOL

Most important thing is that you have a member number by which a 3rd party can confirm your certification.
