Hello,

I need to cancel my CISSP exam which will take place on Monday. The refund must be made to an other credit card than the one the exam was paid with.

I have sent this to the member support department. However, due to this exam scheduled for Monday, I highly recommend that you call Member Support today.

I have the same situation, I need to cancel my exam and the refund needs to be in a different card. I been on hold with Pearsonvue for 4 hours now and they won’t cancel my exam. My exam is scheduled for Wednesday. Can you please help me? Thanks
