How many Months in general ISC take to deliver Welcome Kit?

Its been more than 4 and half month since I received digital copy of my CISSP certificate and till date I am waiting to receive my Welcome Kit.

I am so disappointed with this whole process that I didn't appear for CCSP and found it better to go for other certification authorities.

Does anyone have any idea , that in general how many months ISC take to deliver the Welcome Kit?

I am just hoping that I will get the Kit in 2021.
