Certificate shipment delay

I recently received my CISSP renewal certificate packet in the mail, but not my ISSEP certificate. I assume these were sent out at the same time and there is just a delay for one of the packets.

I'm curious as to how many other people have experienced this lately. I know that my packages, incoming and outgoing, have been having real trouble going through the USPS system lately with some packages just "disappearing" for a few days at one point or another along the route before mysteriously showing back up in tracking so I know this isn't just us.
