Provisionally passed the CISSP exam on 16th April 2021 but still did not any notification from ISC2.

Hi Team,

Please help me out here.

I have provisionally passed the exam on April 16 2021 but still have not received any notification from ISC2.

I have tried to reach ISC2 and pearson vue but still the problem persist.

ISC2 team is saying that pearson center has not transmitted the result to ISC2 and pearsonvue is saying that ISC2 takes 6week time to send the notification.

I really need someone help in this.

Yeah I know.
I can understand how it feels.
I am trying to understand the issue. I have spent my time and hard earned money in this exam as like you and others.

That is why i am trying to understand why it is happening as i am not getting concrete answer for anyone.
Other person got the mail in next day then why it is happening with me.

Hoping for you and me as well that we will get the answer soon on this.

Is there anyone from ISC2 who is seeing this post ?

Today I got to know the very unusual issue about the issue which is causing the delay for ISC2 to send the notification ?

I got to know from ISC2 customer representive that pearson vue has mentioned about some information is missing from candidate end ( Biometric Issue )

Issue is Biometric which is missing. How this could be possible ?

Without Biometric process Pearson Vue center does not even allow to sit for the exam then how it can be missed from my end.

I really need help here ?

I have received the initial notification/mail from ISC2 for further process.
