I misunderstood the language as it's confusing. It thought I had 9 months to submit my application and I just found out that the 1-3 months needed for ISC2 to complete its work is included in the 9-month period. Additionally, this pandemic has made everything so much more distressing as well. I have already submitted my application for endorsement and it has been endorsed by a professional. I submitted the application before the due date. I just need ISC2 to complete it's work to receive the certification.
