College CPE

I recently have finished a masters degree in Cybersecurity.

What is the guidance on submitting for CPE ?

The college lists it as 3 credit hours. But I put in way more effort than 3 hours for each class. How do I list each class ? Is there any guidance on the number of CPE's I should submit?
