More information needed for endorsement

Hello,

I passed the CISSP exam last September and I waited this January to get endorsed to maintain the integrity of my work experience. I just checked the endorsement portal and the status now changed to:

"Your application has been received however more information is needed to proceed with your endorsement application."

However, I received no email or anything. May I know how to proceed with this? How do I know what information is needed and how do I provide it?
