No Badge or Physical certificate

I passed my SSCP in October and was endorsed/confirmed in October as well. I have not yet received my physical certificate (i assume one should be coming) and the Acclaim badge is not showing on my Acclaim account. Does anyone know how long this should take?

I'm also having the same issue. I got endorsed back in November.
I still haven't received my physical certificate yet. My digital badge on acclaim is showing as correct.

From the date of your application, it can take 4 to 6 weeks. The next email you will receive will be either requesting more information from you or providing you with next steps. Some people are randomly selected for audit and those people receive specific instructions. So, if you just submitted, please expect your next email within 4 to 6 weeks.

I have the same problem, I passed my CISSP exam in June 2022 and so far I haven't received anything.
Is there any way to track this process??

You are advised to contact Member Services if you don't receive the welcome kit within 12 weeks of being awarded your certification:
