Digital Badge on Acclaim

Hello Everyone

I was awarded my CISSP on 11/11/2020, and my certification cycle began on 12/01/2020. Today is 12/14/2020, and my digital badge isn't yet on Acclaim. I have a profile all set up and waiting on Acclaim. Is there anything else I need to do to complete this?

I have reached out to badges@isc2.org on 11/24 and 12/09, and to Acclaim on 12/11. Responses received, but to no avail.

Hi, welcome, and congrats on earning your CISSP!

You should have received an email within 2 weeks of receiving your formal CISSP congratulations email inviting you to claim your badge. So maybe check your inbox / junk mail again.

Once you have that email you can go through the process to link the badge to your Acclaim account.

If you definitely don't have that email yet, you've done the right thing in emailing badges@isc2.org.

Another likely faster option rather than waiting for a response to your emails is to call Member Services using the details found in the contact section at the bottom of this Community site or the main ISC2 site.
